چکیده
The issue of water conservation and economy in its use agricultural production is one the most important issues sustainability at present time especially with crops that need to consume large quantities water, such as corn. The impact subsurface drip irrigation system (SDIS) on corn cultivars SYN-6 R-106 was observed based some technical indicators, under three distances (DID) 22,24 26cm. experiments were conducted a factorial experiment complete randomized design replications. cultivar significantly better than all studied parameters. The Effect of Different Traits on Yield and Water Productivity in Surface and Subsurface Drip Irrigation of Kabkab Variety
Increasing crop production per unit volume of water consumption requires recognizing the most dependent variable in drip irrigation to the volume of water consumption and also identifying the most important variables independent of water productivity in surface and subsurface drip irrigation for optimal use of available water resources. The present research was carried out in Behbahan Agricultu...
متن کاملComparison of the Effect of Furrow and Drip Irrigation with Waste Water Combined with Deficit Irrigation on Yield Indices and Water Use Efficiency of Corn
Today, one of the biggest challenges facing the world is the lack of water, especially in the agricultural sector. In this research, we investigated the effects of irrigation method and deficit irrigation with the urban refined effluent on biomass, grain yield, yield components and water use efficiency in single grain crosses 704 maize. This research was carried out in a randomized complete blo...
متن کاملNarrow Row Corn Production with Subsurface Drip Irrigation
In the southeastern U.S. Coastal Plains, supplemental irrigation is required to reduce the impact of short‐term droughts and yield‐reducing plant water stress that can occur at least biennially. Sprinkler irrigation is commonly used to water agronomic crops in the region. Microirrigation is typically used for high value fruit and vegetable crops. In recent years and at some locations, microirri...
متن کاملEffect of deficit irrigation on crop growth, yield and quality of onion in subsurface drip irrigation
Indiahas the largest area under onion (Allium cepa) crop but its average productivity (14.21 t ha-1) is considerably lower than the world’s average of 19.4 t ha-1. Besides low productivity, irrigation efficiencies are also very low i.e. 30-35% in India. Managing onion crop with less than adequate irrigation water availability is a challenge in several parts of the country. Options of i) deficit...
متن کاملMicrocomputer Application for Instrumentation Development in Drip Irrigation System
Drip irrigation is the most water efficient system available to water garden. Some systems are so efficient that they only allow a few liters of water per hour to fall into the soil and the best way to water the plants at ground level where they need it the most. Installing an irrigation system such as sprinkler or drip system without automation has always been a difficult and frustrating probl...
